Customised programmes

A treatment programme from Osteohealth is custom-built for you, following an initial discussion to establish your requirement.

It can include any or all of:

Audits
To establish the extent of your problem, form the basis of a customised programme and track improvement to establish value for money of our service.

On-site treatment
A simple programme can consist of one of our fully-qualified osteopaths coming to your premises for a half-day, for eight 30-minute appointments, or a whole day with 16 appointments.

You can take on the task yourself of communicating our service to your staff, or we can help you by providing template emails or letters.

Workstation assessments
If you wish to include preventative measures, we advise that you should start with workstation assessments. These can include all employees, those seen as most at risk, or just those who have already suffered from musculo-skeletal pain.

Corrective postural strategies
We can show your staff the best way to sit, move and perform tasks in order to avoid injury and pain – and with our on-site visits we can confirm that your staff are performing tasks as prescribed.

Exercise routines
These are designed to keep people at risk in good shape and can include regular stretching and a variety of exercises which are individually designed to deal with particular problems.

Again, with our on-site visits we can confirm that your staff are doing what they are supposed to do.

Emergency treatment
We will normally be able to provide an osteopath at short notice – which can be vital, particularly for senior staff afflicted by sudden pain (and so, for instance, unable to attend an important meeting, or travel, which could result in serious loss).

Please note that we cannot guarantee this as there may be periods when all our osteopaths are busy.
