What we offer
On-site treatment
We provide high-quality, effective treatment on site for people who are suffering from musculo-skeletal pain – for example pain in the back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee, which may have knock-on effects in terms of headaches, reduced mobility, stress, even constipation.
All we need is a medium-size room with access to a basin and a phone – we bring all our own equipment.
Because we provide treatment at your premises, our service greatly reduces the time lost while people travel to and from treatment. It also enables you to verify that treatment has taken place.
But we offer you much more than treatment alone. We work with you in a pro-active way, as a partner, to manage every aspect of absence or under-performance due to musculo-skeletal pain.
Auditing your present position
We can audit your company’s pattern of absence due to musculo-skeletal pain, from your records or through on-line questionnaires, and then design a preventative programme.
Preventative programmes
We offer a range of options for preventative treatment, which will be custom-built for your company’s particular needs. These can include any of or all of:
Work station assessments to identify hazards in someone’s set-up, body posture or activity
Corrective Postural strategies – improved ways for individuals to sit, move and perform tasks in order to eliminate risk factors
Exercise programmes for at-risk individuals or groups
Monitoring of compliance with our recommendations
All of the above are made easier by us coming regularly to your premises to deliver treatment. While on site, we can identify problems, follow up on cases, and have a quiet word with someone who is not following recommendations – things which are difficult or impossible for a remote clinic to achieve.
On-going audits of absence
We can help you track progress in reducing absence by regular reviews to substantiate your programme’s cost-effectiveness and to facilitate any necessary adaptation of the programme
Emergency treatment
Finally, we can normally provide emergency treatment at short notice – this is particularly useful for key staff whose absence or reduced performance for even a short time can be highly disruptive.
